Orlando has more RVs parked in driveways than almost any metro in Florida — and more HOAs that would rather they weren't. If yours has become a storage problem instead of a vacation plan, that's the most common call we get from Orange County.
Between the theme-park corridor rentals, the snowbirds who bought big and used it twice, and the families who upgraded to a fifth wheel, Orlando produces a steady stream of RVs that are worth real money but a hassle to list. We buy all three kinds.
Our buying lot is in Davenport, about 35 minutes east on I-4. Most sellers drive in, get inspected and leave paid inside an hour.
Snap the year, make and model off the plate inside the door and send it over. If the HOA letter has a deadline on it, tell us — we work to dates.
TAKES 2 MINUTESThirty-five minutes to Davenport, or we come to the storage facility. Orange County pickups happen most weeks.
OFFER ON THE SPOTCash the same afternoon. No consignment agreement, no waiting for someone else's financing to clear.
PAID SAME DAYOur lot sits in Davenport, 35 minutes down I-4 from downtown Orlando. Bring the title and a photo ID and you'll be out inside an hour. If it's living in a storage facility off the 417 or OBT, don't move it — send us the facility name and gate details and we'll do the rest.
Bought out of an Orlando driveway with the slide still extended, sitting under the oaks. The HOA deadline was Monday. It wasn't cleaned up for the picture.
The neighbour asked for our number before we'd finished loading.

SOLDOrlando's RV population is unusual because so little of it is retirement inventory. A large share belongs to working families in Winter Garden, Lake Nona and Hunter's Creek who bought during the 2020–2022 rush, financed it over ten or twelve years, used it for two seasons, and then discovered that a 34-foot Class A doesn't fit the lifestyle, the driveway or the HOA covenant. That's a very different seller than a snowbird finishing a chapter, and it changes what the sale is actually about: it's usually about ending a payment, not about capturing every last dollar.
The other Orlando pattern is rental fleet turnover. Operators along the tourist corridor cycle units out on a schedule, and those rigs come with high hours, hard interior use and complete service histories. We buy them regularly. High-use units scare private buyers, which is exactly why a direct cash sale usually beats a listing for those owners.
Orange County has some of the strictest residential parking covenants in Central Florida. When a letter arrives with a date on it, that date becomes the constraint we plan around. Tell us up front and we schedule the collection to land before it, not after.
Roughly half of what we buy in Orlando is sitting in paid storage off the 417, Orange Blossom Trail or Semoran. We need the facility name, your space number and how gate access works. With those three things we can often complete the purchase without you meeting us there at all.
If there's still a loan on it, we handle the payoff directly with the lienholder and you receive the difference. This is common in Orlando and it doesn't slow anything down — it just means we need the lender's name and your account number early.
From most of Orlando our Davenport lot is 30 to 40 minutes on I-4 westbound. If the unit runs and you'd rather drive it in, that's the fastest path to cash in hand.
Once you send the details, one of us reads them the same day — not a queue, not a chatbot. If what you've described is straightforward, you'll get a number back without a phone call. If something needs clarifying, we ask one or two questions rather than sending you a form. When you accept, we schedule the collection or the drive-in, verify the title and the ID, hand over the money, and file the transfer paperwork ourselves. Most Orlando sellers spend less than an hour of their own time on the entire process.
Orlando collections have three recurring obstacles and none of them are dealbreakers. Gated communities need the guard notified in advance, so we ask for the community name and whether a pass is required. Narrow driveways in the older neighborhoods around College Park and Audubon Park sometimes mean backing a rig out onto a street with parked cars, which is a timing problem rather than an equipment problem. And storage facilities off the 417 frequently close their gates earlier than their posted office hours, which has stranded more than one collection that was scheduled too late in the day. We plan around all three when you tell us the address, which is why we ask for it before we ask for anything else.
Whoever answers when you call Orlando is whoever walks up your driveway. No dispatcher, no third-party hauler arriving with a lower number than you were quoted, no lead broker passing your details to four dealers who then all phone you at dinner.
GET MY OFFER →Same day in most cases. Send us the year, make and model, drive down to our Davenport lot — about 35 minutes on I-4 — and you'll leave paid. If it doesn't run, we'll come to you.
Yes, and often. A large share of what we buy is sitting in paid storage somewhere off the 417 or Orange Blossom Trail. You don't have to move it — tell us the facility and we'll handle it.
Frequently. Dealers price a trade against the unit they want to sell you. We're buying outright, so there's no second transaction to protect.
Yes. We deal with the lienholder directly, pay off the balance and hand you whatever is left over. Bring the lender's name and your account number and it adds no time to the sale.
If the date is inside a week, say so in the first message. We schedule around real deadlines regularly in Orange County and we've never missed one for a seller who told us early.
Usually not. With the facility name, your space number and gate access arranged, we can complete most storage collections without you present. The title and payment get handled separately.
Not automatically. Rental units have high hours but complete service records, which we weight positively. It's private buyers who discount them heavily — that gap is often why selling to us nets more.
Yes, and regularly. Fleet retirements come with high hours and complete service histories, which we weight positively because we know exactly what was done to them. Private buyers discount those units heavily on hours alone, which is usually why a direct sale nets the operator more.
Tell us where it actually sits rather than where you live. We collect across Central Florida and the pickup location changes the logistics, not the offer. Orange County addresses with the unit stored in Osceola or Seminole are a weekly occurrence for us.
Usually yes. We've closed sales with owners who were in another state the whole time, using the title, a matching ID and a scheduled access window. The one thing we can't do remotely is verify a title that isn't in your name.

Send it over and we'll come back the same day with a real number. If the HOA gave you a deadline, put it in the model field — we plan around dates.
